OCEANS 12

Oceans 12 is a branding project concept built for the Oceans family, a group of land developers that specialize beachfront properties around the world. The brand wants to showcase that they deal in 12 prestigious locations in several parts of the world, all situated around some of the most pristine beaches around the world.

Land developers often fail at having branding that reflects the services that they provide. Terms like "properties", "team", "development group" are used, but they are archaic and don't showcase the brand well.

The design behind Oceans 12 is modern, colorful, and informative. The name draws a clear connection to the Oceans family and the 12 locations they are located. The sun and beach logo design is attractive yet simple, translating well to all marketing mediums.
